Our current project is directly opposite Župa Park, about 600 metres from the town beach and around ten minutes from the town centre. The site has just ten low-rise buildings with 50 apartments in total, so the development is deliberately spacious. There are one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as penthouses with a private roof terrace.
All traffic runs underground: each building has its own underground car park with direct access from the street. Above ground, the car-free, landscaped courtyard keeps its old oak and olive trees. It has a pool, a playground, a fitness area and a shared barbecue and dining area. The lower level also has parking spaces and small commercial units.
Prices range from around €300,000 for a one-bedroom garden apartment to around €935,000 for a penthouse.
What makes the development special?
Cars park underground, so the courtyard belongs to the residents.
